Alone

A fun thriller that keeps you on the edge of your seat. Definitely a unique way to make a thriller out of the Covid era. The actors do a great job keep you engaged in the plot and feeling the intensity of each scene. I love that zoom played a significant role in the plot. Mandi Mellen did a wonderful job portraying a lead dealing with loneliness in the era of Covid. Quite frankly, the details that they took to emulate the Covid era was great and significantly drove the plot. All of the actors in this film gave it their all and I cant wait to see what these actors do next especially the two leads.

Dan and Mandi won THE PERCY for Best Editing in Alone. It's a great thriller which delves into the psychiatry of the mind while being enclosed in our own spaces of home. Great acting by Mandi and great editing by Dan! The entire board of The Academy of Independent Motion Pictures in Austin just loved this film and we would highly recommend anyone watching it. I also thought the lighting in the film was particularly great as was the cinematography - just a great work all the way around and we wish Dan Salem and Mandi Mellen all the best with this film. I also love their completed poster art for the film!
