Nova Jones

I know its a show for young children but it unfortunately came into my presence. It was just a background show, but even as a background sound it brought my ears physical pain. I love when kids shows are wacky and dumb for the sake of comedy, this show however needs fire, and lots of it. Burn it, burn it all and lets never speak of it again.

A nice change from all that american canned laughter tripe.

The songs are catchy and the characters definitely grow on you as the series goes on.

Great kids show with lots of fun and wonderful music. Molly rainford is super as Nova. Bbc needs to make another series as I can imagine the kids will be very vested in nova Jones.

The performances in Nova Jones are nothing short of extraordinary. The cast is uniformly excellent, with each actor bringing their character to life in a way that feels authentic and deeply nuanced. Me and my 8 year old daughter have absolutely loved watching the series and are excited to hear that there are more on the way.

It's such a fun and inventive world and it's so cleverly written.

I can recognise some brilliant nods to other iconic sci-fi series, while my daughter just loves it all as she finds it, without knowing some of the inspiration behind those elements.

The team have obviously uncovered a wonderful star in Molly and the rest of the talented cast.

The musical elements also really elevate this from just another kids sitcom, the care and production values are extraordinary. It more than holds its own against the sort of US teen shows from bigger streamers.
