The Color in the movie is fantastic. Acting is one of the more important things in any film and in " Carmen G" is very good, for me the work of the leading actress" Pierangeli Llinas" is excellent. The script is very nice with some fiction parts and other very real ( Breast Cancer, Immigration, discrimination and much more) . Finally the music is original very colorful and amazing for an independent film. Amazing piece of art. I recommend this film to anyone who is interested in seeing a high quality independent film, full of emotions and sensations. This is a film that will enrich your life.

I had the opportunity to see this film in XXIX Festival De cine De Bogota, Carmen G demonstrates the excellent quality of Colombian cinema is being done right now. Carmen G, is a Colombian peasant who flees violence to attack us for so many years here in Colombia, she travels to New York with her baby, with many dreams and illusions.
