First movie about Chetniks fight against Germans during WWII ! History confirm that Chetniks fights against Germans while communist do nothing most war in former Yugoslavia. Logical outcome of event in the end of movie. So sad that many people is brainwashed by propaganda about communist victories in war, which are in fact made by Chetniks. But as we all know, winnner writes history !

After decades of communist lies, truth is finaly getting its say. Very small budget and no suport from the state the movie since it's still run by the kids of communist criminals, but its not quality that matters here it is the historical significants that this movie represents. For the first time EVER we have accurate historical event from WW2 in Yugoslavia shown in movie. Next movie will be about the first fighter against nazism and fascism in Europe the great General Dragoljub Draza Mihailovic. But that will be the second movie about him, since the first one was filmed in Hollywood in 1943.

Interesting story. Movie is based on true events. Acting was much better then what I expected. It really is not far from reality and quite accurate presentation of events in a war (ww2). However, as so many European movies, it is very slow and dramatizations are way too long. That makes movie lose a lot of quality and waiting becomes boring. If you ever knew and met some guerilla warrior first thing you'll notice that they all have in common is the character. It is quite special type of people. They are direct, sharp, quick, full of energy, brave, proud of themselves, they don't hesitate, quick at making decisions, confident, strong character. You see immediately that they made a decision to give their life long time ago and so during the war you can not see any sign that they are worried. It's like if they forgot that they can lose life at any moment. That is extremely important and it is not shown in this movie. Big miss. Can you imagine how fascinating and intense is the moment when some guys run directly toward the enemy and trying to get through?! Imagine how high is the stress for soldiers on both sides. That is almost not shown in this movie and it is the vital part of the story. Germans of course are again a bunch of stupid uncapable guys just waiting to be slaughtered. In reality soldiers on both sides were quite good and they had very decent even heavy training. In this movie they both look like a bunch of old lazy slow guys. It is leaning to favor the guerilla warriors but I find interesting that it isn't that obvious as most of the other war movies including documentary movies.

So, in the end this movie is not some typical Hollywood unrealistic exciting story neither it is a documentary true real life war events movie. It's something in between. That actually made me feel as if the movie was unfinished in the end as if it is missing something.

What is nice in this movie is that you can see something that is much closer to reality about world war 2 in these parts of Europe than any of those hundreds of communist propaganda movies that have almost nothing to do with reality. This is a rarity. It is very hard to find such movie.

I don't regret watching it but it is far from something that left a big impression on me in any way.

Who writes garbage like this? Horrible writing, horrible acting... Don't waste your time on crap like this. IF YOU CAN'T MAKE MOVIES BETTER THAN THIS...DON'T MAKE MOVIES!

Let me say right away that I didn't manage to watch more than 10 minutes of the movie. The acting is so stiff that it's desperate, in some moments I have the feeling that the actors are under some tranquilizers. The fight scenes are shown very poorly, I have the feeling that no one put even 10% of their effort into creating this. This is literally unwatchable, a waste of money spent on this. Don't waste your time on this failure.
