He would betray SpongeBob and Plankton just to end this insanity. And even if he did believe SpongeBob and Plankton were innocent, he wouldn't really help much, given his attitude of "I will only help if I get something really good out of it, or it's easy for me to do".
When they become super-heroes, their identities come to be known as, first being SpongeBob, who's known as The Invincibubble, Patrick as Mr. Superawesomeness, Squidward as Sour Note, Mr. Krabs as Sir Pinch-a-Lot, Sandy as The Rodent, and Plankton as Plank-Ton.
