Heaven Sent

It is not the best representation of the Christian faith. The leads were okay. Pastor did not really minister to the separating couple. I have seen several Pure Flix originals and most are very inspiring, but this one was not. The actor who played the pastor was a likeable character. Hardly recognized Charlene Tilton. Her character was energetic. The leading lady was also likeable and charming. The acting was good, chemistry was good, and the place where it was filmed was picturesque. The romance was believable. The closing song was very good and sung by grandson and his girlfriend. Christian situations could have been better written.

I enjoyed watching Heaven Sent. I loved the themes of second chances, letting go, moving forward, the power of forgiveness and leaning on God when troubles arises. I instantly liked the characters. I believe many other viewers will find themselves in at least one of the characters. It had a lot of scenes all throughout that had me laughing out loud. I thought it was a touching, sweet, inspirational and heartwarming story that would be a perfect addition to a family movie night I am giving Heaven Sent a very well deserved five plus stars. I highly recommend it for families of all ages and for those who enjoy watching sweet Romantic Comedies.
