It follows an unsympathetic plastic surgeon who is supposed to be the protagonist off the movie. The movies tries to be comedic by showing how this surgeon performs surgeries in an unprofessional way and as a result end up deforming multiple female patients. The "joke" being that these women have become very ugly, are in a lot of pain and have their lives ruined. This is a tasteless form of humor. I don't see how any one can find this funny, this movie feels a body horror rather than a comedy.

This is seen as an insult to the audience's intelligence, not to mention the poorly developed characters and unfunny, inadequate dialogues that are unsuitable for a comedy film. This film marks the unfortunate end in Mohammed Henedy's career.
