Devil's Snare

I seriously thought this film might be good, based upon the title, rating and description. It soon became evident, however, within a minute or two, that it was anything but.

The acting was totally ham and the camera work was like that of a young kiddie using their dad's camcorder. With neither lessons or a tripod.

If there is a nomination for a film where everything is bad then this is the one to enter and win with.

Avoid at all costs. By the way, I didn't finish it, as it was so poor with no sign whatsoever of improving. I seriously challenge anyone to do so. It's an insult to the intelligence of film fans everywhere and it beats me how and why it was ever made in the first place.

This film not only looks terrible and like it was made by an amateur who had only picked up a camera for the first time that day, but it also has some of the worst acting I've seen, and a story that makes little sense. Avoid at all costs. You might think it'll be worth watching because it'll be "so bad it's good", like The Room, but no, it's just really bad. One of, if not the, worst films I've ever seen. If you have a spare hour and a half, and have watched every other film and TV show ever made so many times you're sick of them, then just sit quietly in the dark contemplating the futility of life.

A bunch of sketchy-looking barflies get hold of a used VHS camcorder and a kilo of meth cut with drain cleaner and decide to make a movie. They lost the mike cover, or maybe one of them took it for a dead rat and ate it, so most of the movie sounds like it was filmed in a hurricane. The tape had some patchy spots so we frequently have what seems like missing scenes (How did they all get in the closet? WHY did they all get in the closet?) we jump over. And the actors shared the meth with the cameraman and the editor, so really, it's the cinematic cornucopia from Hell. It's not so bad it's good, it's not even bad, as that would require some kind of coherence. It's just, well, I could eat a memory card, subject my stomach to intense radiation, and poop out a better movie than this.
