I like the show and John Michael Higgins is a likable host. The contestant's are given a category with three possibilities ranging from easy to difficult. The first contestant to ring in may choose which one to answer. Contestants get points depending on how many are answered correctly. In the second round the points are doubled. The third round is a countdown round. The contestant with the most points has to answer four questions, second place six questions, third place eight questions. The only problem is the bonus round. The contestant must answer seven questions correctly in sixty seconds. The problem is the host is way too slow reading the question and responding to the answer. In all the shows I've watched only two contestants have won. The host only gets out eight or nine questions, if the contestant misses one or two, time runs out.
I like the show in general. The questions are not too hard for regular people to do well. And the host is mostly likeable, except for the extremely corny jokes he sprinkles in throughout the show.
But I find it frustrating to watch ties award everyone with the correct answer the same number of points.
Wouldn't it be better to reward the first correct answer more points than the second, which would get more than third? For example, a 3-way tie in the first round could award 30, 25 and 20 points instead of 25 points to everyone. A two-way tie could award 60 points for the first response and 40 for the second.

I love this show but get so frustrated during the bonus round. The host reads way too slow and takes up almost 1/2 of the 60 seconds speaking. If someone gets the answer right they should just have a bell - instead of him saying "correct". Also when someone answers incorrectly he takes a second to think and then says "No, it's xxxx". Literally takes away precious time from an already short amount of time. And also contestants don't care about the correct answers in that moment.
Just a shame because the rest of the show is very good! The host is likeable for the most part and the questions are not too hard or too easy.

Have to agree with others about the Bonus Round. I've watched people win, but with very little time to spare. John Michael Higgins reads too slow, and same when it's answered wrong. Instead of "wrong, it's... ______." That part needs work. It's also a good thing to be smart and correctly answer the questions, and the bonus round can be won in 60 seconds.
Fun game show, and so is JMH, who's a veteran host of shows and movies.
It's like any trivia game, but to answer the easy ones you better hit that signaling device within a Split Second! And it seems like all the game shows top money prize is capped at $10k....this and a few others are brand new on GSN, and it's nice that the new seasons have started after all the writer's/actor's strikes....

Please.
Michael , stop telling your very bad jokes. You are not funny. I like the show , but I seriously can't watch it much longer if you don't stop with your horrible jokes. If You used to be a comedian, I now understand Why you are a game show host.
The only other part that's annoying is the last and final round. I think the host is a little too slow, And having the audience start clapping in the middle of the round Seems to be intentional to distract the contestant. Maybe i'm spoiled by the quickness of the mastermind host.
It just seems like that last sixty second round is done very sloppy.
