poetic realism

The first feeling - it represents an adaptation of one of Franz Kafka works.

The basic virtue - rich significance of the clash between colorful and white - black images. And the traits of Anastasiia Bannikova reminding Ingrid Thulin in Ingmar Bergman films.

A film about seduction of truth in a totalitarian society , discover of reality behind apparences, courage to dream and few admirable scenes , from the discover of lady and the workes with head covered by cardboard box to the ring becoming golden dust.

Poetic, beautiful, precise crafted scene by scene. And some ironic about too familiar aspects of our lives.

So, just admirable work.
