I wish Bollywood brings more of such movies. It was a bit slow but the brilliant actor like Randeep will keep you hooked the screen.

Unlike other Bollywood and specially South Indian movies, there are no exaggerated expressions, actions, dramas or emotions.

Randeep's acting doesn't seems like acting anymore and he has grown tremendously as an actor. He just own it. I would say, he reminds me of Irrfan Khan. A simple story is made so realistically that you feels like watching it in real time.

Still, you will find a part of the story overly dramatic like randeep's father being a good guy, shown as a villain until the end.

But you will surely enjoy this piece of art. Go and watch it.

'Sergeant,' written and directed by Prawaal Raman, is a mystery drama that immediately immerses viewers in a world of suspense and intrigue. 'Sergeant' revolves around Nikhil Sharma, a dedicated and morally upright police officer who bravely takes on the task of solving a case that not only leaves him physically injured but also has a huge influence on his career. Randeep Hooda simply stands out in the film, and his commanding screen presence provides dimension to his character Sergeant Nikhil. To conclude, despite its shortcomings in execution, Randeep Hooda's outstanding performance and compelling narrative make 'Sergeant' an interesting viewing.

Sergeant is a really good movie with great acting by cast and great cinematography and direction. I personally enjoyed hooda's acting and cinematography of the film.

A different way of telling a story like in segments which shows all the steps hooda's character had gone through to get his life back.

I don't know what it is with jio cinema movies they are all set in overseas . Like blind movie of sonam kapoor was set in glasgow, scotland and this one was shot in london, united kingdom. Eaither way the cinematography and color grading of both these films is amazing i really loved watching them.

Not sure what reviewers giving lower rating expect from a good movie. It's a wonderful movie if you feel it. Randeep Hooda has put in an amazing performance. Do watch it.

Yes there are no item songs, no overacting May that's why people are giving it lower rating.

The psychological state of the officer has been portrayed beautiful in the script and Randeep hooda has done justice to it with his awesome performance.

Adil Khan and Arun Govil has supported him well with their to the point acting.

I think it is a must watch movie if you like psychological movies and the meaningful ones.

The movie description completely gave a false idea of storyline. The movie doesn't have a hat ke story, no suspense or action, all we see a cop going down the lane with alcohol and depression But we do hope that it gets better, he will make smart decisions or solve the case and will be appreciated in the end but we just keep on waiting and waiting. The movie is about to end and we are thinking, wait, does it have a part 2. And in last 2 minutes, all the action takes place and that's pretty much senseless. Lol, what's the logic of seeing the whole movie.

Randeep choose the movies wisely from next time, talent wasted!
