"Meh" finale. This show has a lot of blind fans who praise even the weaker episodes, ignoring the flaws and the disappointing season 3 episodes (basically all the episodes). Maybe this show is better suited for binge-watching, so maybe the producers should consider releasing all of Season 4 at once or at least two episodes per week. But still, this season was disappointing and we still didn't get the answers to the main questions....... Maybe season 4 will change all that, I guess we'll have to wait and see. It's a long wait until then.
On another note, I am truly disappointed with how spoilers were spread online before the episode even aired. I believe that the TV network and streaming service should take stronger actions to prevent such spoilers from being shared, and maybe employees are involved in leaking this sensitive information...

This show is an AMAZING to binge watch, or even better, watch one episode a day.
You will see a lot of cool mysteries, weird things happening and you will get a few answers.
But this is a TERRIBLE show to watch as they release new episodes... its soooooooooo slooooow
How this show works: Step 1: A new week, a new episode, a lot of weird things happening, 0.1 answers, gotta wait for next week (x9 repeat) Step 2: Season finale is always a good episode and add a cliffhanger
New season? Repeat step 1 and 2.
Even this episode that was pretty good, left us with a new 100 billion questions in our head that will maybe (probably not) get answered next season in 2026.
Its just not worth it, hence the title of my review. Better to just wait the show to finish then watch it on your own pace.

This was truly a Fantastic Finale. Answered a lot of questions and gears us up for a great next season. Shocking twists, breath taking moments, and puzzle pieces finally starting to come together. Excellent! It was nice to get a better understanding of each character in this episode, and having them be forced to make drastic decisions showed us their true characters. The acting in the episode was top notch across the board, and I think this really closes up what was a little bit of a underwhelming last few episodes in a fantastic way. Harold Perrineau deserves massive recognition for his role as Boyd.
From the beginning, we were watching the series and just waiting for any evidence or proof of who is behind everything happening in the village! As time passed and into the second season, there were subtle hints, but! Until the evidence appeared in the third season when Henry, Victor's father, came to the village, it was written on the ambulance bed (🏥 Mabuse), and it was shocking! But personally, I kept quiet and said, "Let me just go with it and confirm more?"
Dr. Mabuse from the book by Norbert Jacques in 1921
He is a master of camouflage and hypnotic communication! He is known for his use of body transfer, most often through demonic possession, but sometimes he uses techniques involving objects like televisions or phonographs to build a "crime syndicate"!
Is he the man in the yellow jacket (God knows) because it hasn't been clarified yet?!! But focus with me closely because what you are going to read will clarify many dangerous things about the series.
The first conclusive evidence... Dr. Mabuse is the only one who can turn on a TV, radio, or any electronic device without electricity!! 😳 In the history of all terrifying characters... That's why the music plays by itself in the restaurant, and the radio and electricity in the city from and without any electricity at all...
He loves playing card games like bridge and also tarot cards related to witchcraft. That's why Tilly died when the crows came in, when she tried to help Fatima using tarot cards to reveal the future... When Fatima killed her, the message was basically that whatever we do to people will come back to us, right? And remember that Tilly said she saw this village and predicted it earlier through tarot cards!
Dr. Mabuse likes to play with people like cards or as a puppeteer! And because Dr. Mabuse is also known as the puppet master; the question here is whether the puppet that Christopher was affected by has a deeper meaning that we still don't understand, or if Victor's memory is confused, which is why Jade sees the vision of Christopher's puppet screaming as a sign of something?
Didn't you notice something in the series? The places are filled with playing cards in the restaurant and even in the lighthouse. In this part, tarot cards appear officially through Tilly, but it wasn't until the last episode, when Randall tried to electrocute himself and the device had "Mabuse" written on it again, that the evidence came. Do you think these clues are coincidental? The producers are intentionally doing this.
Juli and Randall's eyes were white after being hypnotized. Dr. Mabuse can do this to his victims when using hypnosis and similar methods, as seen in his appearances in old cinema works.
By the way, Dr. Mabuse has a woman who has a connection to spiders. I don't have many details about her but that's why, in one of the episodes, we saw a large spider web nest, and Boyd was bitten by the spiders. Before this incident, Sarah told Boyd that she heard a woman's voice for the first time, and it was different from the one she had heard before! (A strong hint about the woman who has a connection with spiders and Dr. Mabuse)
Dr. Mabuse is even hinted at in the pictures. In one of the pictures that Tabitha saw in Henry's house, it resembles a special poster of Dr. Mabuse exactly.
It seems that we are facing a fantastic work from the producers about a charming, manipulative, deceitful, criminal, and merciless sorcerer.

I guess the title is rather self explanatory. This was a great season finale with things finally ramping up, answers being uncovered and stuff actually going down that we've been too long waiting for.
Looking back, this was a very odd season in that it started with 4 of the best episodes we've ever had, continued with just as many god awful episodes, and then ended with what could have been something like the 6th or 7th rather than 10th. It's a shame that it's become the standard for TV shows to have 7-10 episodes per season rather than 15-22 like they did some time ago.
8/10 - a reslly mixed mag of highs and lows this season which leaves me eager for the 5th but cautiously optimistic at the same time.

- WissenswertesJim's realization that the numbers in the bottles represent a 12-note musical scale tie back to a humorous, offhand comment he made in Season 1. While writing questions on the wall in his house, Tabitha asks if he's figured out the mysteries of the Township, and he jokes " the answer is 12."
