When the new Committee formed, there was no money, no bank account, nothing, but an excellent reputation of previous events before the pandemic, and the new committee had to start from scratch. No one knew each other either - so over the course of the film, people were working together and getting to know each other at the same time. It made for a roller-coaster of a journey.
