When Dr Dumont and the Priest are questioning Mina, in the closeups it's clearly visible that she wears contact lenses.

Upon entering Dracula's dining hall, Jonathan Harker marvels at Dracula's phonograph, and mentions having never watched one before. However the instrument shown is actually a later gramophone recording on discs which not had yet been invented.

Dracula's wife Elizabetta wears a figure 8 collar ruff although they are supposed to be in the 15th century a time when these had not been invented yet. Likewise, in the perfume sequence, Dracula wears one in what is intended as the Spanish court despite the fact these had been banned by King Phillip IV in 1623.

The first scene in Paris is set in 1880 but there is the Eiffel Tower visible in the background, which wasn't finished until 1889.

At approximately 1:43 when Dracula's carriage is seen entering Romania, the border sign next it shows Franta (France). Romania does not (and never has) shared a border with France.

It is never explained why Mina Murray and Jonathan Harker are living in France despite their markedly English names. However Mina is presented as always living there.
