This show is right up my street. A guessing game with twists, mystery, back stabbing, hidden clues....oh I loved it!!!!! It was fun to play along, although I think the layout of the show needs to be changed ever so slightly. So in the English version of the show, the viewers are not told the destination until right at the end of the show, whereas in some episodes of the US version, we're told right in the middle of an episode at least which country they're in which I didn't want to know yet. Also, the English version is about 20mins longer so it's able to pack in a lot more detail, and at times, this version moved a little too fast, especially the first episode. Nevertheless it was a great watch, literally watched this all in one sitting until near 4am!!! That's how good I found it. Really hope this is renewed for a season 2, because I thoroughly enjoyed it. Well done!!!
Show was mids at best, then I realized that's what you get when the majority of your female contestants are OF girls.
Insane casting decision I must say but I'm guessing someone high up in production was in cahoots with these girls.
Yikes.
Show itself was just alright. Had some interesting twists thrown in that were original to the show and that I did appreciate.
One of my biggest criticisms is the late show character additions. I don't think that was fair and a lot of my friends that also watched the show said the same thing.
All in all you'll be entertained, but don't go in expecting something like Traitors.

What a great premise. Great format. Great pacing. But they really didn't have to dumb it down so much !!! They really don't trust their audience. Just cast smarter and more skilled contestants next time. Up the difficulties of the challenges, and for god sake, please stay away from the capitals! Show us some places new!
It's a massive missed opportunity. Fortunately, Jeffrey Dean Morgan is a great host. In the stage, it's just a fun stupid show, and has good bones. I just hope they won't cancel it and will have the opportunity to turn it into a smart show. Stop showing uncultivated people on TV.

I found the first episode to be rather disappointing, but I am enjoying the following episodes. This is a competitive game, so strategy is part of the story. But what I enjoy most is what can be learned about the various cities and their environs. This includes architecture, natural wonders, and culture in general. It is not the same as being there, but some of us will have to settle for that.
"The Amazing Race" is more immersive, so it has more to offer.
The clues the contestants receive along the way are rather elementary. I am hoping they become more difficult in later episodes, rewarding the better players.
Jeffrey Dean Morgan is an interesting host. I rather like his laid-back style, which keeps the focus on gameplay, not on him.

I love geography. And I particularly love European geography. And I so wanted to watch this series. But it has one major flaw. The people are terrible at geography and foreign culture. Foreign flags. Foreign anything. Honestly, they don't seem to know anything about anything! They are utterly and completely clueless. Such a shame and a waste of an opportunity for a great show.
Also, the solutions to the problems are way too easy. The locations are way too obvious. I suppose it's made for the masses. What the typical American might know about European geography. I get it, but but geesh, no one's going to learn anything about Europe or European geography by watching this show. It's all so incredibly basic.
