    Typical Christians

As a Christian myself, this movie was hard to get though. This is why people dislike Christians so much. Christian teachings don't belong in government, sure a Christian can allow their beliefs to influence something where they are, but it doesn't mean forcing Christianity on others.

If a Christian is in a position of power they have, they shouldn't get up on a podium and tell the world they have to follow Jesus. This movie made atheist look like the worst people on the planet. While in fact there are so many atheist that are much nicer than Christians. It's obvious this movie was shaming the left. Im independent, I don't think politics should ever rule someones life but putting one side down to lift the other up isn't okay. Both sides have good and bad policies.

As Christians we should be loving and open to everyone. Jesus cared for sinners, gave free things to the poor. Jesus wouldn't talk about the left (or the right) in the manner this movie portrays.

If Pure Flix was brave they would make a "God's Not Dead: Church Awaking" As a Christian I have absolutely no desire to go to church anymore. Too many churches say they care until someone is in need like food, gas, etc and they just say, "We will pray for you" and don't help. The generosity of the church should go back to Acts when people just gave to help others. The church is supposed to be a light, its lost it. Too many horror stories of women getting se*ually harassed by pastors. Too many churches are just about the lights and sound, caring a little too much about how the band looks and sounds rather than just loving people and meeting them when they are at.

Churches have lost grace & compassion for others. Churches are about show & fun now, where churches used to be a place for the broken. People don't notice anymore if you leave, people don't check in, people go to church and act like a snob to others the next day, too many churches argue over small things in scripture like the end times or if they should celebrate Halloween or not. Then those that enjoy Halloween, other Christians attack them saying its sinful, but the one dressing up and getting candy doesn't have the convention its wrong. If you are personally convicted to not do Halloween, cool, but don't shame others for doing it.

And when someone asks a Christian about a hard topic, like suffering Christians are really bad at discussing it. They use too many "Christianeese" language. Like just saying, "Oh well if you trust in Jesus God works all things together for good" that's something you tell a Christian, not an unsaved person. You have to walk through a few things step by step and not just jump on "Oh Jesus loves you, trust him everything will be okay"

If Pure Flix really wanted to make an impactful movie, focus on church issues. That should be their next God's Not Dead movie. Because there is a serious issue in the church.

    Praise God

Judging by what movies have super high ratings right now & the comments for this movie, I'm not sure a high rating from IMDb could even be considered a good thing. I gave it a 7-because it leaves room for more preaching, and I feel strongly that there is a lot more room to show the lacking integrity we see from the left side (& sometimes right) in politics-there's a pretty clear difference though-& it's obvious which side hates God. We need more movies like this one. It's shocking that many Christians do not vote-if you read this please do not hesitate to vote against a liberal government that wants to remove your freedom. They've removed voter i.d. Laws, made our border & security a national threat, and children having gender confusion is only a huge problem because of leftist ideologies that simultaneously want to remove God from every facet of our communities-which include government, education, entertainment, you name it!

If you love Jesus, if you love your country, you'll appreciate this movie!

My Christian views are not under attack!

It is shameful that many church leaders have become less comforting and more divisive using scare tactics. I do not feel my faith is 'under attack'. Jesus was a unifier, not a divider. No political party or leader can hold our full devotion. That belongs to Jesus alone. We choose peace that comes from joy, the strength found in loving our neighbors, and the grace in showing compassion by encouraging all people regardless of their social station in life.

This isn't just a vote; it's a reflection of our faith. Approaching this election, our hearts should be drawn to a path that reflects His teachings not the selfish nature of a man who deems himself 'chosen'.

Garbage For People Who Cannot Think

In this misguided film, the narrative attempts to fuse religion with politics, presenting faith as a necessary moral compass for governance. While the cinematography is commendable, the underlying premise is problematic. The script relies heavily on emotional manipulation, glossing over the complexities of secular governance. It oversimplifies the debate, painting skeptics as antagonists to virtue, when in reality, many advocate for ethics grounded in reason and humanity. By failing to engage with the realities of a pluralistic society, the film risks alienating viewers who value rational discourse. Ultimately, it leaves one questioning its intentions rather than fostering meaningful dialogue.

Boohoo I'm on the atheist's side

Look. I'm a Christian. I love my faith. I love religious freedom. But my goodness, this movie deserves -15 stars. It's another in a long string of poorlg written and acted Christian movies that don't seek to actually share God's message and instead want to be persecuted and right. I left evangelicalism for a reason.

Also, for anyone saying "this country was founded on Christian values!!!" The founding fathers were deists. Most of them were not Christian. Religion should not be a part of politics. This is a country for the people, and unfortunately for evangelicals, people are rejecting evangelicalism in unprecedented droves. I hate this movie. I despise its message. Because this isn't a movie about religious freedom, it's about Christian nationalism. Jesus rejected it, and I do too.

This movie is why Christian entertainment is not beating the allegations that Christian media is just bad. CS Lewis and the Chosen are really holding the line tbh.
