A paranormal YouTuber's nightmare

Although the film hints at a found footage approach to uncovering the mysterious disappearance of a social media influencer, it primarily relies on a traditional camera perspective. We follow the story of Mike, a paranormal YouTuber who vanishes one night after driving alone on a dark road. The gruesome creatures resemble monsters from Silent Hill, and the glowing orb reminded me of Poltergeist. Follow is a well-crafted horror short, but it tries to pack in a bit too much for its brief seven-minute runtime. In a short story, less is often more. In this case, the early and later parts felt somewhat disconnected.
