Marry Christmas

First off, i'm not into sappy Christmas movies but love the Lawrence brothers and i really liked Mistletoe Mixup. I had high hopes for this because of that but it wasn't as good as the first. The main girl changed, as did her name with no explanation as to who she is & how they met & why holly disappeared. Wasn't nearly as funny. They're already talking about possibly making a third one but if it's more along the lines of "dumb humor" i probably won't watch it. The main actress said on their podcast it's like step brothers, so if you're into dumb humor, you'll probably like this. Wasn't my thing, i'll stick to the first one.

The basic plot idea is interesting, hence 2 not 1. But the stupid factor is over the top, acting is overly exaggerated and script writing fails to make anything entertaining. Some scenes are believable, but most are simply ridiculous. The brides are the only bright spot. I really wanted to like this. Sigh...
