What a perfect summer romance comedy!
The actors, cinematography, and story line were lovely.
Furkan Andic and Ayca Aysin Turin look amazing and have a special connection.
The film showed the beauty and casual pace of Izmir. I enjoyed the scenes of the colorful streets, the cool vibe of the beach, the bright florals and the camera shots from the drone which showed overall a beautiful city.
The story line taught a few lessons...how to accept your flaws, and accentuate your good side and also not to rush to judgement about people. Kumru realized many things throughout her very busy day. She faced the painful memories of her past and learned how to move on. Fatih also learned to face his fears as well.
The movie may be cliche in some ways, but it's still a very enjoyable and well produced film. It's a very sweet summer RomCom!

The script lacks so much creativity that it feels like someone showed AI examples of low-quality, cliché romantic comedies and the "timelessly humourous" local accent comedies, and told it to write a mix of those. The attempt of Izmir-Istanbul metaphor was a big failure. You shouldn't have made it THAT obvious. At least don't literally mention of the resemblence every 2 seconds. We are really tired of these kinds of productions! Every summer, a bunch of series are produced based on these "brilliant" ideas, and they are so alike that you wouldn't notice if you changed the channel. Yes, every romantic comedy is a bit cliché and maybe that's the charm of it. However, there have been great romantic comedies made in Turkey and around the world in the past. If you're not going to create original content anyway, at least use them as a reference. I have to add that Furkan Andic, who started his career in higher quality productions, has lowered his standards over time. I hope this production is a turning point for him and that he becomes more selective in the projects he chooses to be a part of. Frankly I didn't want to review a project like this but seeing these kinds of movies in internartional platforms really bothers me when I know we have producers and writers who can do a lot better than this.

What I look for first of all when considering how to rate a romcom is whether I find myself bored while watching it. In this case, I didn't find myself bored or wanting to skip over parts or characters. The flow of the story was good and there weren't scenes that dragged on for too long. Props to the writer and director for this.
The second thing I consider is the chemistry between the lead couple, as chemistry is necessary for a romcom unlike for other genres. In this case too, the film was successful. Ayca Aysin Turan and Furkan Andic have good onscreen compatibility and their performances brought credibility to the characters. Both of them delivered and they played well in all types of scenes. They had good comedic timing. The side characters too are very colorful and bring energy and humor to the film.
Maybe I would slightly decrease the number of times Istanbul and Izmir are mentioned, but even with the current number, it's still a fun film.
Overall, a very enjoyable romcom which I recommend to anyone who is looking for a feel good film.

Although the storyline is "an obvious" romantic story... the film is packed with different topics and situations that bring out different feelings. I have both laughed and cried during watching it. I love the warmth it conveys of Izmir and the characters (the locals).
Overall, I'd rate it a feel-good film! I'd recommend you watching it on a day you would like a boost of positive vibes. You would not regret it :) also I like how the main characters connect on screen. They are engaging and mesmerising. The film also makes you feel like wanting to travel to Izmir... I like it that it portrays it as being a relaxed and beautiful city!

First of all, hello. I liked the movie 39 derecede ask because it's a little romantic comedy movies. I love romantic comedy movies. Another reason why i loved them was because the stars were my favorite actors. Since the movie takes place on a 39 degree day in Izmir it's name comes from there. The set of the movie is in Izmir. The subject briefly tells the love story of Kumru, an ambitious lawyer, and Fatih, who lives a quiet life, on the streets of Izmir. I think it's good movie That's why i recommed. If you don't like it , don't be mad at me , but I think it's good fot those ego like romantic comedies.
