AMAZING story and acting!!!

The actors are so real and authentic. The scenes create true emotion and hits right to the core. The honest emotion from Jimmy and Emma are electrifying. Scene after scene, the story unfolds perfectly, understandable, and relatable. It was not long until I felt the pain that Jimmy was experiencing as I connected immediately and was able to see myself walking in his footsteps. The deep emotion pulled from me is astonishing! Great film,Great filming Great story line and Great writing. This is a MUST seeShort film of the year!!! Looking forward to more EXCELLENT work from these talented individuals.

Exceptional

I was completely drawn in by this film from start to finish. The acting was so authentic, the emotion so realistically and beautifully portrayed, and the music and special effects were exceptional. This film rivaled any big dollar Hollywood production I've seen. The music perfectly complimented the performances, and the sound effects were perfectly timed to enhance the viewer's experience. Scene transitions were flawless. The lack of dialogue actually intensified the emotional engagement and attachment. Every detail in this film was carefully crafted and executed. Congratulations to Stephen Bouldin and everyone involved in bringing this riveting story to life.

Saying a lot without saying anything...

Despite having no dialogue, except a radio transmission in a flashback, this short says so much. It conveys the problems a soldier can endure after returning home and suffering from PTSD. It's enough to break up a marriage regardless of how much love for one another we have. It's a haunting film with great performances from the two leads. It is beautifully filmed with many heartbreaking emotional moments. It may be a difficult watch for some. Something like this could be turned in to a feature length film, having so many areas to explore.

Excellent short

Absolutely AMAZING!

BEST SHORT FILM I'VE SEEN IN A VERY LONG TIME! Iloved everything about this film! I felt the love and the heartache 💔 between the 2 characters. Good action footage too. I want to see more! Great plot and the story had actual meaning to it. I can't express how touching this movie was! The filming location and actors were amazing and complimented eachother in all the scenes. Can't wait to see more of these actors and actresses. The war scene hit hard, you could feel the sadness in Stephen's actions. This film definitely had an impact on me and would love to see more of this type of film and acting.

Very powerful film!!!

I just finished watching this wonderful short film, "Reditus" and was very surprised at how great it was. I normally don't watch very many short films, but the subject matter definitely drew me in. Although I didn't serve in the military myself, I have known many who did, unfortunately, that includes a good friend who sadly took his own life. The two leads in this film can convey more with simply their emotions than most actors can by utilizing pages of dialogue. Expert direction and cinematography, I love the use of the black and white scenes in contrast to the color scenes to add intensity to the story. This was an extremely powerful film and one that should be seen by everyone, whether they served in the military or not. Very well done!!!
