I mainly started this show purely out of bordem and I thought the first 2 seasons were funny but season 3 is just downright annoying. They really amped up the self aware "humor" and pop culture stuff in season 3, like literally EVERY other thing they said was a reference to something it was just so unfunny and unecessary.

Like for example they were building a Lego set and out of anything they could've chose they were building a gone girl one, they could've just done some random object and if they did that it would've still been the same scene but with a more original idea. If a show constantly relies on these tropes I just think the writers are lazy and uninspired, the moment that made me stop watching it was when they referenced the breakfast club (and hululand) for no reason 🙄. I am not really surprised though since the show was made when Rick and Morty started being bad.

Also the people in the wall story line is original and could've been funny but it was kinda boring and I found my self skipping it every time.
