This show might be funny.. in the original language. But the dubbing into English is so horrible it makes it unwatchable. Lines are delivered in the typical over-exaggerated and rapid manner that reminds one of old 70's kung fu movies. It's a disservice to the actors, director and writer when shows take poor voice actors and make it more about trying to match the movement of the lips then delivering the lines with something more then a community theater level of acting ability. Watch it in the original language and you will quickly see the difference in the intonation, inflection and delivery of the lines. It becomes much more watchable if you use the subtitles but still feels like some parts aren't translated well. A missed opportunity for sure.

I thought after seeing episode 7 that it would have made a good series ending.. it would have been the typical open-ended series finale that so many of these shows choose. I am SO glad they didn't decide to do that. This finale brought tears to my eyes and it FELT like the ending Superman (and Lois) deserved.. in many ways I think it's the ending that all of us hope for.. a life of meaning, friends, family, and yeah, a little bit of adventure. Superman's story encompasses almost 100 years. Versions of him have temporarily died, some versions have permanently died, most writers don't have the skill or courage though and one version just transitions into a newer, updated incarnation. This episode should go down in DC continuity as the official true passing of the Man of Steel.

Apparently Peacock is the sole broadcaster for Eurovision in the United States. What could have been a great introduction to new music from around the world is ruined by the horrible audio quality in the Peacock broadcast. Center channel audio is dropped making it sound muffled and just bad. For a musical competition this is unforgivable. Viewers are unable to hear the lyrics and while the choreography is impressive at times, this is ultimately a music competition. It is also edited poorly with some performances being cut off with commercials. There is no commentary so we learn nothing about the performers, the music selections, or the competition itself. Very disappointed in Peacock for cheating American audiences out of what looks to be amazing musical performances from around the world.
