This episode has so many ridiculous plot holes I can't even begin to explain it. Agreed with other reviewers that Issa is a total disaster. What kind of actor waxes poetic about old films and then shows up on set and acts modern day by saying things like 'that was a trip'? Terrible casting and/or directing. Why in the world would you ask an actor to show up on the first day and introduce a new technology and depend on it work out on the first try? The whole concept is just SO poorly executed. Emma Corrin is pretty great though and shows off her range. Any excellent reviews are clearly shilling bots. Skip this one unless you just feel like mocking it.

So many Black Mirror episodes are great but some are a total waste of time that feel like they were written by an inexperienced intern. This is one of them.

If you want to watch an emotional show then this might be your thing. The first episode seemed good (although slow) but the end made me want to watch more. Went downhill from there. This show is mostly boring episodes of personal internal struggle. Themes of denial, lack of self acceptance and social acceptance are at play. Just a study of what people go through and what compels them, coupled with the justice system and family dynamics. That's a lot to cover in 4 episodes. Feels inadequate.

On top of the fact this story was 'ripped from the headlines' but retold to fit the modern day narrative.

Meh, waste of time. Seen it before.

Interesting movie. Not the best but not the worst. Mostly family complicated relationship stuff. A bit slow for awhile in the middle. Worth a watch though.
