If you don't like philosophical, nihilistic/absurdist subjects- Just don't bother with this film. And those who are into these sorta stuff should:
A. DEEP DIVE INTO IT
B. If you want full understanding, read some Kafka before watching. Especially "The Bug". It will help connect the dots and themes.
Loved it from beginning to even, even though the cinema was ***.
I was really disappointed that many people didn't like or even understand the film. It is really a missed cinematic gem.
Mini spoilers (which aren't spoilers): Some neurotic dude who lives in a poverty stricken street that just wanted to fly to his mum has the most.... "Interesting" journey.

Probably the BEST I've seen in recent years.
It struck fast, it struck hard, it struck everything everywhere all at once.
If you take a moment to disconnect from popular media and judge the movie as it's own you'll love it even more. Comparing it to Matrix, Rick & Morty, Back To The Future and whatnot - it's all pointless and makes you miss the feeling of the film itself.
I can feel so much similarity with the absurdism & nihilism "The Hitch Hikers Guide To The Galaxy" offered me. On purpose or not, it matters less, but the feeling of having to deal with the absurdity of life with a straight face - Absolutely stunning and hitting. Just like the book series I mentioned.
Of course, if you don't enjoy or handle less well dark comedy & fast yet complicated plot, don't force yourself. But if you push past the discomfort and try and focus on the philosophical points of the film - I doubt you'll regret it. I've seen so many people miss the point by complaining about the humor or similarity to other things, which is an absolute shame. I don't mind people not liking certain stuff, but for the love of god, at least UNDERSTAND the film first.
