(2006/2016) Rajiv Rai was working on a Hollywood film, which was go on floors early 2006. The big budget flick was a period film from English History, a true story set in London between 1910 and 1940. Many have said this was Rajiv's first version of Shaheed Udham Singh. 90 per cent of the film was to be shot in UK, and the remaining portions was to be shot in India. The film had several characters of which only one was an Indian, however an Indian actor was not be cast for that role either. The cast and crew was mainly comprised of English and American people. Rajiv Rai aim was to to complete the shoot in a 60- day schedule and also had found a working producer in US.
