In 1966, she co-starred in an unsold comedy pilot called "Rambling Wreck from Discotheque" with Paul Dooley starring as a TV writer who reluctantly agrees to produce a rock-and-roll television series aimed at the teeny-bopper set.
Diane met the Beatles, was a strong man's assistant in a Mexican circus, was trained as a psychotherapist and does frequent readings of her work throughout Los Angeles. She teaches psychotherapists to use writing in their therapy, and wrote a book called Write For Recovery, Exercises for Heart, Mind and Spirit. She has two kids with musician Peter Case as well as a stepson from that marriage.
