Older sister of actresses Christina Vidal and Tanya Vidal.

Once received a fan letter from Steven Spielberg for her work on Patrulla de asfalto (1996). She has the letter framed.

Was a communications and psychology major.

Has two sons, Scott Jarred Cohen (1992-2021) and Max Cohen (born 1998), and one daughter, Olivia-Taylor Cohen (born July 2003).

Appeared on two television series in 2001-2002. She had a regular role on The Division (2001) that she filmed during the day, and a recurring role on Urgencias (1994) that she filmed at night. She was so busy, she had to be driven between the two sets because her people were afraid that she would fall asleep at the wheel.

Lisa's sister Tanya Vidal guest starred on The Division (2001) in an episode in seasons one and two as Magda Ramirez's sister Lily.

She previously owned and had done the buying for a children's clothing store called Oodles in Studio City, California, which has since closed.

Currently resides in Los Angeles, California.
