Marcelo recently made history by directing and producing the first-ever halftime event in soccer at the Copa America final, where Shakira delivered an outstanding performance. His company, Thinking Lion, managed and hired the entire broadcast technical crew and state-of-the-art equipment for the event.
In 2024 alone, Marcelo has been at the helm of several major nationwide events such as Dick Clark's New Year's Rockin' Eve, Premio Lo Nuestro, the BET Awards, Macy's 4th of July Fireworks Spectacular for NBC, Premios Juventud, the People's Choice Awards Country on NBC, and the 25th edition of the Latin Grammys in November.
