During the making of "The Midnight Court and Other Aislings" Stuart was filming a fight sequence when the frying pan being used to hit his character in the head accidentally made contact almost knocking him out (ouch!) They used the actual sound from that take in the final edit. Allegedly the sound could be heard in the cottage next door.
