That night, he pulls a stainless Smith & Wesson (hammerless) out of his dresser, and takes it to confront Anon at her loft. His POV shots at her loft show a Beretta, while the wide shots show the Smith & Wesson.
Later, in the final gunfight, he uses the Beretta again, even though he has not been reinstated by the police (and given his duty weapon back)
