Drag Heals is such a pleasure to watch!
Charlie David does a great job directing, and I enjoyed how interviews of the six participants are interspersed with scenes of them interacting with each other. The creator, Tracey Erin Smith is so creative and supportive. Smith is totally enouraging.
There's a marvelous range of characters in Season 3. I got very emotional, and several of the participants brought tears to my eyes. What a courageous group! They shared their stories so openly, it was inspiring.
I love seeing how the cast bonded as the season progressed. They really became a community, supporting each other. There's so much joy in the scenes of them dancing together, it was really fun to watch.
I hope the other two seasons are available to rent or buy.
A copy of Drag Heals, season 3 was provided for the purpose of my honest review, all opinions are my own.

I got a chance to watch Season 3 early via Gay Romance Reviews and Season 3 is as good as the others. The Border2Border reality shows are the only ones I watch anymore. Instead of making me feel depressed by watching people scheme against each other in manipulated situations, this show gets me emotionally invested in the people involved and I share in their hopes and dreams as they work to become the people they are meant to be. The focus here is on each person digging into their life and creating the drag persona that embodies who they want to be and what they want to share with the world. It encourages the viewer to do that exploration for themselves as well.
I just finished watching the third season of Drag Heals. This season has everything we've come to love from the two previous seasons: an interesting and dynamic cast, a wide range of people, and a lot of heart. The third season is also impacted by the times of COVID. Overall, this continues to be a great series with absolutely amazing storytelling.
This season Tracey Erin Smith brings together six new aspiring drag queens/kings to put together one-person shows. All of the queens/kings are asked to dig deep into their lives to find moments that made them who they are today. One of the things I absolutely love about Smith is her ability to help all of the queens/kings dig through the surface and get at the real heart of their stories.
I want to thank the producers for the opportunity to review this series before it was released. Although I am thankful, the views expressed here are mine and mine alone.

This show is very profound. We are truly taken on a journey, one I appreciate as the gift it is. These individuals are vulnerable and honest and teach each other and the viewers much along the way. Tracey should be proud of the project she's created. Charlie David directs the episodes beautifully. This is a show I hope many see as many people would benefit from the experience chronicled throughout the season. I loved the interactions and friendships formed and the personal journeys through self-discovery and healing. There are solid and engaging personalities that each impact you as the viewer in various but no less impactful ways. I would recommend it.
I love the sense of queer community that this show embraces. The cast really comes together from a variety of backgrounds to form a supportive community for each other and it's wonderful to see the vulnerability they each bring to their performances.
Tracey's workshops truly live up to the title, where the cast is able to open up about deeply personal parts of themselves and dig deep to bring the audience the gift of their performance.
Wonderful show, and this season continues to bring more interesting and inspiring stories to the stage. Makes me want to go back and watch the previous seasons again.
