Tune Up and Sing

A pretty little girl skips through the forest playing Liszt's Hungarian Rhapsody #2 on a violin. Then she leaps into a crystal ball and vanishes. We are now in another cartoon; a horde of diapered babies demolish a house while a chorus sings the Chevalier hit "Mimi". There's no sing-along, no bouncing ball, and no live action. And it's only four minutes long.

Were they expecting to get Chevalier for this Screen Song, and discovered he was working at MGM on THE MERRY WIDOW? Was this even released? Am I looking at a cut-down copy? No matter what, it's still pretty good as a short cartoon, if not a full-fledged Screen Song.
