This pet project of the late Bill Margold showcases his talents, or should I say lack thereof. He plays a creep lecturing on space aliens, phony in the extreme, and brings his constantly limp dick to a few lousy sex scenes that exhibit his ability to ejaculate even though never getting hard (the art of pulling the pud).
Of course the title is a Spielberg lift, but the sci-fi content here is amateurish in the extreme. There are some clay stop-motion models of aliens on a spaceship with a tiny robot that pop up occasionally, and the format is strictly loop-carrier, though with new footage rather than recycled stag films.
Margold is at a college giving a lecture (cut back and forth to stock footage of an audience), and showing four phony films supposedly shot by aliens depicting sex. The acting and sexual performances here are awful, and even a talented thesp like Robert Bullock sinks with the ship.
