Really interesting and insightful

I found this a really interesting watch. Insightful and showed a perspective that I hadn't seen before. I felt quite emotional at some of the insights shared by the Gen Z members in the film. Great music and editing as well.

"I Am Gen Z" is an exceptionally powerful and compelling film based on in-depth research. I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Accurate point of view

An accurate way to portray issues as a gen Z from the struggle and not criticism, examining points like constant surveillance, reward systems, changes of behaviour by juxtaposing voices of specialists with Genz's.

It's very easy to fall into criticising gen z for an excessive use of social media and many analyse the results but this documentary also looks for its roots with interesting insight from different areas.

While those from Gen-Z may say "I know all this", the audience who will likely get the most from it are the parents and relatives of this cohort. Viewed with an open mind, it facilitates the exploration some of the issues our society faces.
