Watching this lousy Penthouse release one sees old-fashioned portrayals of Black women as subservient maids, oh so thrilled when their White employers (= masters) condescend to be seduced by them. Title calls them nannies, but there's no kids present, just a very old-fashioned and clearly racist presentation.
Porn is one industry very slow to address racism in its ranks, and it's striking how stark it shows in this otherwise random and minor video. The four actresses here are not big stars, no Ana Foxxx or Cassidy Banks in their midst. The sex scenes are perfunctory.
