Unfortunately I didn't find that this anime added anything new to its genre and is a pretty standard fantasy isekai in the end. There were some interesting ideas here and some good character moments, but not enough. The biggest issue for me were the characters; there was no standout among the cast and just about no one had an interesting story going on with them. The whole show is basically just watching the characters float around the world doing everyday tasks and talking to one another, which isn't inherently bad, but ends up being a bit boring when nothing else is going on. Plus the conversations for the most part aren't all that interesting, and as I stated before neither are there characters, so we end up with 24 episodes of bland characters having bland conversations. I don't recommend this show and you could find much better in the isekai genre, both in the romance, fantasy, and comedy spaces.
The anime's relatively low score should not be taken as gospel. I can already characterize it as a hidden gem, an underestimated masterpiece if you enjoy isekais. I'll tell you why in this review.
According to what I discovered, the bulk of detractors make statements like "Wow, a reverse-harem" or "The MC is female so I can't relate" in the forums. Giving an anime a 1 and discarding it for arbitrary, shallow reasons says a lot about how you should form your own opinions and not just follow others' judgments.
Alright, enough about the anime. Do you like your isekai to be stress-free? Do you find it entertaining to watch the main character change and mature in their new environment? Do you like watching them gain incredible abilities that benefit everyone in their path? Prepare yourself for an amazing experience.
The Magic Power of the Saint is The story and evolution are just right to make you want to keep binge-watching, but not to the point where it becomes too much for you. The omnipotent pacing is flawless. You can still perceive a goal while taking pleasure in watching adorable individuals exchange charming grins and casual banter. The aim is to stay a regular lady in this strange environment, where more and more people will surely notice your abilities.
Ascendance of a Bookworm is what comes to me when I think of another wonderful book that has similar settings and world-building. The ambiance is comfortable and the artwork is lovely. The plot is still driven by the character's inner thoughts and conflicts, even though there isn't any imminent danger.
In conclusion, you are in the proper place if you enjoy wholesome anime featuring a strong and adorable main character, putting yourself in their shoes, and watching the story unfold alongside. Let's celebrate Sei, the regular girl who determined to make everyone's life better after unexpectedly gaining the abilities of a saint. Hooray!

Overall the story is not interesting and develops too slowly. The main character does and says things that I find most times either boring or annoying. I can barely get through the romantic parts because they are cringe. The audience I find this to be targeting would be little girls.
You've got the classic airheaded, ditzy protagonist. I'm currently on episode ten, and honestly, nothing has happened! Calling this show slow would be an understatement. It's not even boring; there isn't a word to accurately describe it. I'm baffled as to how it managed to earn a 7.1 rating. Do those who rate this show even watch anime? Seriously? The scenes mainly consist of characters just standing around and chatting. That's all there is to the entire show! With each episode, I keep hoping the storyline will develop, but nope, it's just not happening. If you want to watch something worthwhile, this isn't it.

I started the first episode looking forward to a lighthearted and fun anime. I got exactly what I expected and I find that very satisfying. The characters while yet to face many serious problems or situations are all very likable and endearing. The show just leaves with this wholesome all around good feeling inside. It also made me laugh out loud a couple times, -though if you ask my friends that's not very hard. But even with my easy laughing nature I'd still chalk this up and a good show with great promise and I can't wait for the next episode.

- CuriosidadesThe officials in Salutania fail to realize that the saints they summon would have sudden values from their kingdom or world.
Both Sei and Aira come from Modern Japan, which is lot more free and modern than the medieval world they were summoned to.
Sei for one loathes the sense of modesty Salutania has for women. Having to keep her calves covered all the time is annoying, resulting in her often using a foot bath to cool down. Leading to her being exasperated a lot with how everyone reacts.
Aira unintentionally causes friction with noble girls as she doesn't know about the who ridiculous rules about not talking to betrothed men. Even the prince was stupid enough to not take the different world would have different values than his.
