Buscando a Agnes

The movie is promising, except that the lead actor is not effective at all for the role - acting, body movements, and facial expressions looks so rehearsed and trying hard. Sue Ramirez is good for the role but not Brix. Shots were excellent but again, the lead actor's wardrobe made him looks so off. I'm not basing it on looks, but on the overall portrayal of the actor. This could have been better.

The characters except for the long lost Mother, who had maybe 3 minutes of show time was the only character who is relatable in this movie. Lead male actor- utterly miscast acting was mediocre; Lead female actor: stiff. Cinematography: great; Story: credible; Location: interesting; Direction: Lacking.

I watched this movie with my father, the cinematography and the storyline looks interesting. The only thing I am not satisfied is the body languages of the lead actor, I find his acting lousy. Dialogue is very important in every film, but I couldn't understand the way he (Brix) talk. My father has the same feedback while we watch this. I hope the director must find actor that realy suits to the film. Sympathy of the viewers matters, let them feel the way casts act.

Good movie but a little bit cringe with the use of English by female lead. Idk. Does anyone feel the same?

I also feel like the acting is very neutral.

I liked the storyline and the choice of the locations. The lead actor leaves something to be desired. I cant find any connection between the 2 leading actors. Its a great film but a better choice of actors would suit this film.
