Límites

I really liked this short film. Victor Montesinos playing Jon and Jaime Macanas playing slightly tubby Adri were just perfect as the two characters. Adri knew he was onto a good thing and proposed the two men play a game together rather than just remember this one encounter.

His strategy and motivations become clear in the final minute of the film. On the way there, we see different permutations of the game leading to the last one which is Adri's turn. All becomes clear.

The film had me laugh out loud at points. The writer was certainly inventive in the devising of the different facets of the game. This is a definite recommend.

Provocative, it gives all what you can want, from humor to romance, from kinky sex to a bet , but, more important, a profound inspired end.

Two virtues define it:

• the great acting of Jaime Macanas and Victor Montesinos , admirable work for easy identification of viewers with one of two characters;
• the construction of story, very clever, escaping to cliches or exagerations.

In essence, a moving and smart love story, remembering the efforts of prince charming from old fashion fairy tales for obtain the love of Princess.

The ingenuity, the sunny ingenuity define this just beautiful short film, admirable, in so many senses, crafted.

So, a bet, eleven dates and a beautiful win.
