Everyone knows the stories of Robin Hood and Maid Marian; robbing from the rich to give to the poor, daring escapes from the evil Sheriff, sword fights and adventures. They eventually culminate in the arrival of King Richard the Lionheart who grants the outlaw a royal pardon. Most of the stories end here. THE ADVENTURES OF MAID MARIAN is the story of what happens next. Out of the shadows a legend returns to save her people from the tyranny of the disgraced Sheriff of Nottingham. Robin Hood remains at war and Marian must put her own combat skills to the test, creating a new tale that will be heralded throughout the ages. This is her story. This is the story of Maid Marian.

    Sorry for my self

    It is not worth wasting your time watching it. In this way, it is clear that the producer is trying to save as much as he can from the budget. Even the performance of the actors is not convincing for the viewer, whether in dialogue or fighting scenes. Even the heroine's way of holding the arrow is clearly not convincing.

    Charming British film

    I really enjoyed this film ,it was very easy to watch , it wasn't ruined by CGI and over the top stunts , the backdrop was picturesque the main actress was brilliant ,it was engaging and I thoroughly enjoyed it.

    a Shame

    It's a shame about all the hassle.

    The costumes aren't bad at all, and the forest setting fits.

    But then you hear the dialogues, see the bad staging and the weak actors.

    Boring Rehash

    Oh, have we run out of ideas? Well then, let's take an old famous story so we can skip paying any writers and lets rehash it AGAIN. Are we going to do anything original with it? Why no, of course not - why bother?

    This is quite simply TERRIBLE. Whoever was involved in this, hang your heads in shame.

    AVOID this boring pile of tripe. My one-star rating is for the camera person who had to film this garbage, it deserves a minus tating.

    They all look embarrassed

    Wanted to like this but everything just kept getting poorer and poorer. Waiting patiently for the next scene and hoping it might be a little better. It never happened. I guess the budget was very low and if anyone had read any history then they'd only remembered the chapter titles. Everyone is so clean and polished, just doesn't fit. The lead tried her hardest but just couldn't carry the others as well as the script. I guess if you're really not fussy then this will fill an afternoon for you. Otherwise turn off the screen and go and make a bow and arrow, I'm sure it will be better than anything you saw in this movie.
