Hey, Viktor!

Hey Viktor is for a Canadian viewer, an absolute breath of fresh air with some excellent jokes that hit home regarding Canuck performative native issues. This film has an actual message, is shot well, showcasing Alberta's scenery and Edmonton hot spots, and Hannah Cheeseman is incredible in it.

It's about fame, trying to make a living as an indigenous actor, and has many cultural specifics that feel like the indigenous content we should have been funding and championing all along. Comedy is an art form where you can release tension and hold up a mirror to uncomfortable truths and behaviour. Looking forward to Cody Lightning's next flick: Smudge the Blades!

Such a good movie i loved it from the start to the end well put together story we need more movies like this or from Frist Nations and Metis i give it 10000000 stars and 10000000 thumbs up. This is a movie we didn't know we needed but if its coming from turtle island artists and film makers or actors take my money and i want more please more but to see this on the sliver screen was great another cult classic in the making that everyone will try to find DVDS for later down the line its funny never even getting bored unless you have dry humor and just a square but HEY VIKTOR is a classic........
