Jóvenes altezas

Saw the first episod earlier this night and wasn't super impressed. Now it's 3.30 am, just finished the last episode and I'm here writing a review and giving this series 10 stars. Needless to say: continue watching !!

Didn't have much expectations, and this show blew me away! I binged it in a day and was sad it only had six amazing episodes. Young Royals reminded me of Skam, since I was a huge fan of it, in a way but it had originality and it wasnt a complete copy but the opposite! The story has its cliches as every teen drama does, but this executed it well. It also didnt fall into the too much teen drama or love triangles (Also it gave me excuse to practice my rusty Swedish skills).

The teens are realistic and actually are same age as actors who play them. They are portrayed well and like teens. There isnt much drama, an the teens actually have acne instead of perfectly smooth skin. The chemistry between Wilhelm and Simon is to die for and they are so cute together, and looks so natural.

Please Netflix renew and bring S2!!🙏🏼 I need more Wilhelm and Simon!

I loved this show so much. All the characters are realistically presented. The story moved on the right pace. The two main characters have a really great chemistry. This might be one of my favorite show in 2021. It is better than Elite season 4 for me. The love portrayed felt genuine. I can feel the love through the screen.

I binged watched this show in a day. Let me tell you I am obsessed with it. It's basically showing the idea of being royalty and wanting to live a normal life. The characters expressed their feelings so well. For once the teenagers actually looked like teens. I recommend this show.

So good. Give it a watch, won't be disappointed. Want to see more!
