...or a life. or a time or a choice. a film about East. simple, because not more is necessary for understand a story who defines many lives in WWII. its simplicity is the basic virtue. because it becomes a religious film, about forms of happiness and need of freedom and destiny and choices. each time a saw it, something behind the words remains the essential answer to a past shadows. because, at the first sigh, the title sounds strange. in fact,, nothing unreasonable. only a clash between ways to be yourself. to be brave. to live and love and looking for the only truth of your existence. short, a film who I loved. because, for the reflection of the fundamental moments of ordinary life, it reminds to its public what is the essence of sacrifice, whot does significant each life.
