Chapter Ninety-Five: RIVERDALE: RIP (?)

Riverdale essentially fixed/resolved any and every plot point that needed to be, in this finale! I loved everything about this episode, except for the stuff with Cheryl. I think she deserves a way better plot line than she's gotten & I don't like the direction they're taking with her heading into season 6 as well.

I loved seeing Barchie finally getting together & their explosive ending! Veronica & Reggie being a thing again is great also! Tabitha & Jughead are an amazing couple as well! While lots of the loud online opinions have/will always be about the show's OG ships, I'm a massive fan of these current pairings and hope they stick until the end!

If you remember, in Season 1 they celebrated the 75th year of Riverdale since the founding, which put the founding of the twon to 1941, its core trade being maple syrup, and for the whole stick they had to murder the indians.

Well, this is whole hogwash according to this episode, which puts the founding to 1890 or before, the core trade being palladium, and for the whole stick they had to murder the the witches.

Come to think of it HOW WERE THERE INDIANS TO MURDER IN 1941 THE FIRST PLACE, hm?

I really really liked this epsiode! It was really good and kept me wanting to watch more and more.

Expected so much more from this season overal, most of the time it was a waste and repeat of same boring plotlines. But this episode was amazing, it finally felt like a fresh start of something new and beautiful. Loving all new relationships, Barchie was a highlight, cherry on top without a doubt. Can't wait for season 6 now.

Honestly I hope the next season will be the last one. Riverdale became a terrible show after season 2 or 3, and it's becoming worse as the day goes by.

Cheryl's story is utterly ridiculous and I'm not sure if they're doing a comedy or what. Archie has the personality of a doorknob and his story is just dull to watch.

I like the surprising ending though. And I love Tabitha and we need more of her, and she has good chemistry with Jughead.
