This stood out for me as a catchy tune amongst a lot of others in recent memory, as you can see from the picture of Doja Cat holding a pair of sheers whilst wearing a lawn bra it's rather unique raunchy and naughty. Much like most music videos of our generation, it exploits sex to its advantage often leading us to pretend we prefer something more sophisticated. If that is the case then why are these artists still the latest trend? The video has a lovely contrast in light with a variety of shades mainly consisting of blues. I imagine most of it has been filmed in a studio looking rather futuristic whilst creating a sensual kinky desire. I haven't listened to loads of Tyga of even Doja Cat for that matter, as rap isn't top of my list, yet the merits of this music video are of high production value and quality. It's vibrant neon lighting amongst eye catching focal point, mainly consisting of Doja herself is enough to sway even the most stubborn. Leaving little to the imagination she flaunts her stuff! I particular liked the part where Tyga is falling randomly in the sky and the doll boxes, which has been used before with "up outta of my face" by Mariah Carey ft Nicki Minaj.
