A step-father and son must choose whats important, family or truth?

I was able to view this short recently at the Omaha Film Festival. As a fan of film in general I can first tell you this, the film displayed signs of Scorsese mixed with Kubrick. In 7 minutes it was the most engaging and suspenseful film I've seen, truly you wanted more. I think that it can be adapted to the big screen and make a plunged as one of the most suspenseful films made. The director/writer has a unique vision that allowed the audience to fill in the part or make their own suggestions of what happened. The editing, needed some adjustments - but yet that can be overlooked. Out of the film festival this was the best written, best edited, best directed, best presented and the actors did an incredible job.

The film is based on a short story written by Jonathon Goodro. It is titled, "A Stepfather's Bond," and is also the first eight minutes of a feature he has written. Both roles of Bryce and David were written exclusively for Doug Blackburn and Bill Grennan.
