I have to admit, those tag lines they give movies ... they sure sound amazing, don't they? Sometimes so good you may forget how maybe not good the movie was you just watched ... maybe that happened with me here? Am I just trying to use this as an excuse? Well I hope that is not the way you see it - but I stick with the tag lines being better than the movie itself.
That aside, crime movies are one of my weak spots ... or one of my favorite things to watch. Which I reckon isn't saying too much, since I do like to watch a lot of movies anyway. From almost any genre (and Western, Eastern, Science Fiction, Action, Comedy, Horror also being my favotires to watch) - which I reckon makes the point I was trying to make a bit ... weak. On the other hand, that would explain, why I did enjoy this somewhat lukewarm thriller with quite the predictable storyline. Still the acting was rock solid and there was enough thrill to be had ...
