The Perfect Love Song

Sam Victor's rom-com is nothing like how I'd imagined. The ADR is distracting, there's always music overplaying the dialogue, the lines are corny, most shots are blurry (especially in public places). I felt like I was almost ripped off for what I bargained for here. Johnny Lynch is bad in this and so is Sam Victor. The second half of the film drifts off and becomes boring, like with the daughter and the ex girlfriend. I miss films like these though. Where's the filmmaker though? Where is he hiding?
