Nina

Nina - played by Yuliya Peresild - is a logopedist; she is happily married and lives in a nice Moscow suburban neighborhood. Suddenly she gets a phone call from Ruslan, played by Evgeniy Tsyganov (and here is the first greeting from the past, because he also played in Oksana's first movie, 'Piter FM') and asks to come to Tbilisi, because he is terminally ill and wants to say goodbye.

Nina takes a flight, and Tsyganov does his thing perfectly; he is very good at these tired-of-life lovelaces, answering her question about whether he is married and that he divorced Masha (another hello; that was the name of the main character in 2005). Further, there will be a lot of Tbilisi, awesome Andro Chichinadze, a dog, Georgian songs, churches, the market, and so on, and the ending is quite unexpected, although I have read that Oksana had some difficulties with producers (I could not find what they were) and the final editing was without her, so it is not quite clear whether the ending was so intended or not.

The cameraman is Mikhail Khursevich, who also shot 'Black Spring' (2022). It's filmed just perfectly.
