For a directorial debut, that's an average to good film with some good acting, visually effective effects and stunts, a below average script and plots (slightly) and basically nothing to talk about with that ending that's open for a sequel. Not a Luc Besson film, not a Taxi, no humor in it, but frown severe faces, sometimes laced with fear and frustration.

GTMax was a massive disappointment. While the premise had potential, the execution left much to be desired. The plot was riddled with clichés, the dialogue felt uninspired, and the pacing was all over the place. The visual effects, which seemed to be the movie's main selling point, were subpar at best and outright distracting at worst.
The characters lacked depth, and it was hard to feel invested in their journey. The lead performance was mediocre, and the supporting cast seemed to be phoning it in. The soundtrack was forgettable and did nothing to enhance the experience.
The only reason it gets 2 stars is because there were a few moments of genuine creativity, but those were few and far between. Overall, GTMax is a missed opportunity and not worth the time.

And that is not a bad thing. The film follows some of the same concepts as Balle Perdue, only now there isn't as much focus on the cops as there is on the robbers.
A nice change, and the actors do a good job with well developed characters, the plot is simple and fun, the stunts are wow. Hollywood could learn a few lessons about stunt work. They seem to be more interested in putting flashy CGI effects on screen the last few years rather than filming in real locations with real stunts being performed.
Hopefully there will be a switch if movies like Balle Perdue 1 and 2 plus GT Max catch on. I'll always give actions films like these a chance!

Pretty solid action B movie even if the plot is predictable and characters a little bland. Yamaha did an amazing job with the bikes or the producers did with the brand. Turn your brain off and go into a grounded crime movie, instead of the fantastical stunts in Fast and Furious. The fact that is french does wonders for it's pacing location and stunts, mostly practical so there's that. It is very reminiscent and inspired in Point Break and the first Furious movie without the cringy dialogue or overused cliches of the last 15 years. If you like motorcycles across the board, you'll have fun with this one.
This is not for motor loving people. The lead actress is horrible absolutely not believable. She cant act, playing a sister what is more like a lover to his younger bro. The father is sad and angry all the time, the policeman who chasing the gang cant act either. Everybody who is in this movie is just bad. Looks like they got some money to spend and they all thought in the end they did a decent job with this movie.
The whole editing and story telling is GARBAGE!
The action scenes are bad bad bad. The last chasing is a joke, she is doing unnecessary stunt jumps.
Save yourself and watch something else.
