Beautiful animated, uniquely solemn

There is a lot to enjoy in such a short time! Trading quantity for quality, T-130 doesn't have an inch of fat to it. Each frame is lovingly animated, denying dialogue based storytelling in favor of showing the audience the animators ideas.

There is a certain sadness shadowing the piece. The machine possesses a rare sort of melancholy throughout the film. This abandons the troupe of animated films tying all knots and leaving the audience satisfied in favor of a more earnest and solemn tale. These emotions aren't shouted at the audience, despite its ability to appeal to a younger audience it does the rare feat of treating its audience with respect. Fantastic work!
